Many years ago, as I was sensing God calling me into the ministry, I listened to an old cassette tape entitled “Born to Reproduce” by Dawson Trotman who was the founder of the Navigators Ministry in the 1930s. The Holy Spirit never let that message move away from my heart. Basically, I realized there was no reason that I should not have at least one man that I am discipling week by week for an hour. When we finish studying a book on strategic discipleship together, I encourage him to go and do likewise, that is, disciple another man.
