Our dependence on others for value brings bondage. What is your motive for the things you are doing? Are you trying to get acceptance from God and others, or are you doing the things you do, because you know that you have been crucified with Christ, you are fully accepted, and filled with the Spirit of God? God is your friend, the lover of your soul, the One who said he would never leave you or forsake you, the One who died for you in spite of you. He loved you even when you did not love him back. Know that you are approved unto God, fully accepted in Jesus Christ, and unconditionally loved.
