In Mark 16:15–16 – Jesus said, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.”

These verses gripped my heart many years ago as I read them one morning during my quiet time. I was employed with the railroad as an engineer. I knew God was nudging me to begin telling others about the cross of Christ and the only way to salvation.
